I’m so tired of treatment and wasting so much time on it, but I really got the hint and after treatment I’ll sign up for a swimming/exercises. Don’t repeat my mistakes, take care of yourself, especially if you have specific back and neck problems (and you are at your 30s) ughh Dx

I can’t wait to get back to drawing, I had so many plans. But the intense heat and strain on my neck have come up with their own plans for me >:( (at least I’m not a shrimp in my new chair, a little victory for a little person here)

I bought an ergonomic chair and so excited and can’t wait for it to arrive aaaa

(I can’t even draw these days because my legs are numb, I’m fed up with this situation haha)
