23 Project Church Plant & Pastoral Sabbatical Grants

The Church needs pastors who can fulfill God's Mission and flourish while doing it.

The gospel is bearing fruit and growing all over the world. We're here for the pastors and church planters faithfully leading the way.

The Challenge

Ministry Was Never Meant to be Carried Alone

Whether planting a church from nothing or leading a congregation through its twentieth year, the weight of ministry is real. Financial pressure, emotional isolation, and the heavy cost of leading without support don't discriminate by season. And the people who feel it most are often the ones nobody thinks to ask: the pastor's spouse and kids.

It doesn't have to be this way.

How We Help

We Come Alongside Pastors and Their Families

We invest deeply and intentionally in our partnerships because we believe long-term fruitfulness is produced where trust, presence, and mutual commitment are given time and space to grow.

We Pray

Prayer is the work. Our prayer team lifts up every partner family by name each month — faithfully, consistently, and with expectant hearts.

We Fund

Substantial financial grants so our partners can focus on fulfilling the mission God has given them, not fundraising.

We Support

Monthly coaching, wife check-ins, an annual retreat, and dedicated prayer — because those who care for others deserve care too.

I don't know what you are doing with your assessment and selection process, but whatever you are doing, don't change it. What is happening here is special and unique. The 23 Project is the most meaningful partnership we have in our planting journey.
