hit a major milestone
I have a ticker on my front page...i find a visual representation of what i've achieved is encouraging. Well, today i went to update it and found i've hit a major milestone.
I'm no longer morbidly obese, but merely obese now. BMI 39.9.
and that means i'm now down 8.2 (about 17 pound) kg since the begin of the year, averaging on a little over a pound a week.
i can definitely recommend a visual representation of how far you've come too.
I was told today 10 pound equals a dress size. I'm not sure i believe it, but its an interesting guideline.
And if you really get demoralised...try filling a bag with waterbottles to the weight you've lost and drag it aroudn for a day. You'll be so glad you lost it and can drop the bag!
