Erin H Dec 25 It's outlandish and has some terrible jokes, but my kids loved it when it was released and have watched it each holiday season since it's release. All the holidays get a nod and there are silky songs to enjoy. With a few zingy lines added here and there that make adults and kids chuckle. See more jacob b 12/24/2022 An underrated Christmas special that I've somehow never heard of until this year, How Murray Saved Christmas is a charming 42-minute adventure with nice animation, charismatic voice acting, enjoyable musical numbers and a ton of witty rhymes with scenes and lines that actually had me laughing out loud. Not sure why critics weren't into this. It's a special that's meant to hearken back to the days of golden-age Simpsons and I think it, on the whole, succeeds. If you like this kind of humor, you're still likely to cringe at most of the terrible jokes and ridiculously stupid songs that Family Guy wouldn't even pick up.
