Section 4.1.4 says:
The prerequisites are the same as given in Section 4.1.2.
It should say:
The prerequisites are the same as given in Sections 4.1.1 to 4.1.3.
Notes:
For the PKCS#10 variants for section 4.1.1 & 4.1.3 it does not make sense to have the same prerequisites as 4.1.2.
