Our Next Trip: Honduras

Full Smile Foundation is hosting a mission trip to Honduras and providing free medical and dental care to those in need. All medical and dental personnel, as well as non-medical professionals and students, are invited. Your efforts will make a lifelong impact, and you will have the opportunity to experience the vibrant culture of this beautiful Central American country. Spend 4 days treating patients and volunteering to help others lead healthier, happier lives. We have access to our partner university’s amazing facilities and can provide a wide range of medical and dental procedures for patients of all ages. Then, spend the rest of your time any way you’d like—shopping at local markets, exploring the great outdoors, touring the city, and more!

At Full Smile Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Amarillo, TX. We deliver life-changing medical, dental, and wellness support to underserved communities globally, while empowering local partners through hands-on training and resources. We are comprised of an international, diverse group of medical, dental, wellness, and business professionals. Every mission is designed not just to heal, but to inspire, ensuring volunteers safely return home with a sense of fulfillment, new skills, and an eagerness to serve again.

From providing essential medical services and dental care to immersing ourselves in vibrant cultural experiences, such as hiking volcanoes in El Salvador or mentoring local students, our trips blend impactful service with unforgettable adventures with amazing people.
