Android studio: Send / receive inputstream between devices

I have followed some Youtube tutorials on this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5M4o5dGigbY), but how to actually send the inputstream to the remote device? How to receive it on the remote device? The way I try it, the inputstream is empty on remote device. The following code is how far I got, but I am not stating it is OK. Also, the remote device is getting the following output on Logcat:
