The majority of the answer is incorrect; you seem to have just copy-pasted an unrelated guide to changing keyboard shortcuts for GTK applications. That is a brutally inefficent way of accomplishing what the asker desires; they would need to individually add each of those strcmp() calls for every single accelerator.
