After converting from DOS to Unix format, the above command using 'for' loop gave the expected output. Do you have any clues on how to make it work with 'find' command's name flag as I was trying as mentioned above? | |

Does your searchFiles.txt have DOS-style (CRLF) line endings by any chance?
