Is this what you were referring to/searching for? For booting from a Win7 iso it‘s: chainloader (loop)/EFI/MICROSOFT/BOOT/bootmgfw.efi Or for Windows 7 on a partition: chainloader ($root)/EFI/MICROSOFT/BOOT/bootmgfw.efi You may have to combine this and this.
