| Dec 21, 2012 at 16:24 | comment | added | derobert | I'd suggest building linux 3.7 from source and trying that (though, you may need to have a wheezy install for that, not sure if e.g., udev in stable is new enough)... see if it works. If not, probably best to contact the mpt2sas maintainers. | |

The drives where Power Up In Standby is set to on && are behind a HP SAS expander card, are still not detected. The port enable still times out with the "port enable: FAILED with timeout (timeout=300s)" message && after 3452 - 3492 seconds the system freezes. | |
