    That "int 80h" article says several things that do not really hold water, starting with the claim in just the 2nd paragraph there that MS-DOS did not allow "any program written in any language to access the kernel", something which people who wrote MS-DOS programs in languages from Pascal to Forth would I suspect strongly dispute.
