    I remember a similar case some time ago, using an iPad. Trying to connect to a public Hotspot (don't know which one) it didn't connect but told me something like "security alert, connection does not use encrypted DNS..., one or more computers in this network may read your address inputs", or something like that. So I clicked to "ignore this network" first, and then connected again and it worked normal like expected. Commented Dec 16, 2021 at 12:21
