  • A couple of questions: 1. you sure you have wireless card installed? 2. if yes, are you sure no any damaged to the wireless card? Just as what the above suggested, use cable connection first. Or use bootable usb with other os installed (mint?) ,boot it and test the wifi setting. Commented Dec 25, 2015 at 10:23
