Try using cURL. Look into the cURL manpage under uploading: cs.sunysb.edu/documentation/curl/index.html and improve / enhance the above script yourself ;-)

create code fences with backticks ` or tildes ~

for linebreak add 2 spaces at end

backtick escapes `like _so_`
quote by placing > at start of line
