I was looking for some shell-bookmarking tool for too long, and finally I've ended up with my own (fuzzy-search-based) solution that I like much more that anything else I've seen before. How to Tag

- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
