Thanks. It's not really worth my time to go into it that much further at this point. I was just hoping for a quick and dirty method, even if it was a loopback mount or some other nonsense.

create code fences with backticks ` or tildes ~

like so

for linebreak add 2 spaces at end

backtick escapes `like _so_`
quote by placing > at start of line
to make links (use https whenever possible)
