How do I set nautilusNautilus as default file manager in elementaryElementary OS

Elementary OS uses a program called files as the default file manager.

I would like to use nautilusNautilus as my default file manager as used in ubuntuUbuntu 12.04 . I have GNOME nautilusNautilus 3.4.2 installed on my machine, but however the only way to invoke this file manager is using the terminal. How do I set this as default and have an icon in the application menu.

The Desktop Entry, nautilus.desktopnautilus.desktop looks like this.
