Can you please clarify what you mean by "old/new" ? Do you already have data about the users while they are going through the registration process ? Also, what is the Device ID and the SIM ID in this case ?Pierre– Pierre2014-07-08 21:44:05 +00:00Commented Jul 8, 2014 at 21:44

well, I'll try to clarify this in the question, but for now, the user may change his phone, & he should keep his data, so in this case he has a new Device Id that should be verified & so onAbdelHady– AbdelHady2014-07-09 09:32:49 +00:00Commented Jul 9, 2014 at 9:32

1Users can actually change their phones (i.e. the terminal) and/or independently change their phone number. It looks like you need to have an unambiguous conduit to each user. A personal email address seems to be the standard adopted by many app providers for this purpose and it does not require any additional password.Pierre– Pierre2014-07-09 10:31:47 +00:00Commented Jul 9, 2014 at 10:31

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. website-design), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
