After my postdoctoral work, I moved to Parkland Center for Clinical Innovation (PCCI) as Principal Data And Applied Scientist to build models to understand, and improve health outcomes. My focus is around healthcare access and understanding themes of patient's access to health systems.
In my short Post Doctoral Studies, I worked on simulations of Gut Microbial communities. My focus was to understand the optimal bacterial interactions to form a bacterial community.
In my graduate studies I worked on evolution of Antibiotic Resistance. My work focused on mutations occurring on a druggable enzyme that makes bacteria resistant to an antibiotic molecule.
I write a lot of Python Scripts for Data Analysis and Visualization. Also I really like to do 3D plots using physical modelling/visualization software packages like vPython.
