    Wow...this level of incompetence from one of the world's largest software companies, if not the largest is well beyond comprehension. As you said a few times, their documentation sites being constantly moved around or shut down entirely has been a recurring problem for years, and I just don't get it...anyway TYVM for the thouroughly comprehensive answer!   • The problem with PSReadLine was resolved with a current version of PowerShell (I tested it with 7.5.0). Commented Apr 28 at 8:33
