  • The Team object would be an NSMutableArray, correct? Then would I have to subclass NSMutableArray in order to create this int variable? Commented Oct 5, 2010 at 21:11
  • Based on how you described the problem, the Person object would have an int ivar that held the score for that particular person. Depending on your needs, your Team object could be as simple as an NSMutableArray, or as complex as another object, depending on your needs. In either event it's an NSMutableArray, as you said; the only difference is whether it is "stand-alone" or that array of Persons is in a Team object. Similar logic would apply to the Teams NSMutableArray. Commented Oct 6, 2010 at 13:39
