ATTENTION: Do not use this command line! It is a NO GO - NEVER EVER using setx with %PATH% to modify persistent stored user or system environment variable PATH. That results always in a PATH corruption by duplicating folder paths, replacing environment variable references by their expanded forms and perhaps a truncation of existing PATH variable with folder path to add not added at all. For more details see: What is the best practice for adding a directory to the PATH environment variable on Windows? Commented Jun 10 at 5:22
