I'm adding this review just to let everyone know I found this library incredibly useful. I spent several hours setting up SSH connections to my web host so I could get some custom data directly from MySQL in a C# console application. I know those platforms are rarely combined, which is why this library isn't used very much, but I forgot the WordPress options table is serialized before I tried to directly connect C# to MySQL. I bill clients hourly so I spent a lot of time getting to a place where the data was not usable. This library saved me from losing that time. Now I can proceed with the project. Thank You!

It perfectly works even in the Mono environment! Just don't forget to change the project type;)

I use this library instead of JSON.NET lib. I found it easier to use even in CFNET. I just found a small bug when unserializing accent characters that I have patched and sent to author.
