Changed the name of branch browser canvas so it isn't confusingly the same as the namespace variable.

The "upvar ::branchwin branchwin" construct didn't work here when called from the cvs, svn, and git modules, so I had to do a workaround

namespace inscope [namespace current] {set branchwin}
