For a study on image selection using KSV machines, I
have very large Dicom files (>300MB), containing
517x518 pixels 8 bit JPEG compressed images. These
sets are too large to read. Support for such large files
would be nice indeed!

The software should support images of any size. The only limits
are imposed by the OS and graphics formats. 517x518 is
relatively small.
