In a universe one step over from canon, Arthur finds himself separated from his knights on the Mercian border and ends up trapped in a magical cabin with a stranger who turns out to be the sorcerer in service to the Mercian king. Such a tender, lovely look at one evening of their lives together. It's just so kind, and gentle, and warm, and... Perfect. These two men are not just any two men, and they have all kinds of boundaries that are particular to them and so carefully and thoughtfully negotiated here. This is a good chunk of sex or about-to-be-sex, but that's not the point at all. Really great character study.
