add exec resource to install oracle server soft
add an exec resource that calls the runInstaller in silent mode, the
disks oracle database server software has to be already present from the
puppet client locally on the filesystem, note this is a requirement.
Note also the runInstaller executable is directly called as command in
the exec resource.
