Personally I stick to remembering the source's title/context and the key takeaway. This allows to immediately reach out to Google if I need it again.
My doing so is based on two observations:
Memory is powerfully tied to emotions. (i.e. "I found it!")
When I forget a specific point or finding, it invariably means that I'm not entirely satisfied with it (i.e. it didn't "click" or convince me enough to warrant more than immediate attention).
