Perhaps a metaphor helps: for me it is like saying "how can I see" - the obvious answer for me is "use your eyes" because seeing is so natural for me, I can not imagine, how one can not see. Ah, let me tell you one thing very seriously. I have been doing everything you mentioned and I can even give you my link on those sites. But the thing that is getting frustrating for me is instead of getting the answer of my question I am getting every possible advice on programming. Just one guy has mentioned pre-post conditions till now and I appreciate it.
