I found a working draft on W3C for HTML5 DRM its a long way of but it seems to be growing. w3.org/TR/2013/WD-encrypted-media-20130510

@xdrone I personally doubt that HTML5 DRM will be enough. The standard still leaves the browser vendor to decide what DRM schemes to implement, and Apple will probably not implement Microsoft PlayReady in iOS.
