Right now (and maybe always), there is only 1 user/1 client app. Given the development/business parameters, we need to develop in more of a throw-away mode, so the goal is to spend as little time as possible in the middleware layer. If this project has a longer life and more users, I would definitely look into it. Would ZeroMQ take care of object serialization and interchange between .NET and Java as seamlessly as SOAP/WSDL? | |
