  • Hi Henk, the 3rd person could be the CEO, for example. He can change over time. The 3rd person will be the same for all combinations of (data, user) at time of writing. I just read the Byzantine General's Problem, and I think you are correct, there are some similarities. Commented Aug 10, 2012 at 13:12
