"Walkin' the Dog" is a Sesame Street song originally performed in Episode 3495.
Luis, Maria, Gabi, and Elmo sing as they take Barkley for a nighttime walk around the street. Various other residents of Sesame Street (all extras, no familiar cast members) are seen with their real dogs as well as provide the backing chorus, and Maria and Luis take a brief moment to dance together during a musical interlude.
An abridged version of the song was later performed by Bob, Gina, Zoe, and Elmo in Episode 4310, also while taking Barkley for a walk.
