Manuel Cavaco (b. 1944) is a Portuguese actor who dubbed Cookie Monster and Telly Monster on Rua Sésamo, the Portuguese co-production of Sesame Street.
Cavaco has been active in Portuguese television, often playing policemen on dramas and telenovelas. He played a prison guard in a 1979 miniseries of The Count of Monte Cristo. As a voice actor, he dubbed Nanny on Count Duckula, North in Rise of the Guardians, Pain in Hercules, the Mock Turtle in the Alice in Wonderland anime, and Dogos and Rochefort on Dogtanian and the Three Muskehounds.
