	SCENE 1	Big Bird and the Birdketeers welcome the viewer and announce the sponsors. He also mentions they’ll be counting, which cues the Count to show up and he counts the Birdketeers. Just when the Count is about to leave, Big Bird gets an idea to turn the Birdketeer club to the "Countketeer" club for the day. The Count loves the idea, and the “future Countketeers” go off to get proper costumes.

	SCENE 2	The Countketeers arrive wearing outfits matching the Count’s cape, sash, and bowtie. The Count is flattered: "I must say, you look marwelous!" They even have a club song prepared, which they perform. The Count counts his club members, totaling to four. Telly comes along and sees what fun it is being a Countketeer and becomes a member, even getting his own cape and monocle. The Count adds him to the total.

	Cartoon	A baby climbs up the stairs all by himself. (First: Episode 1717)
	SCENE 3	The club looks for things to count when the Count points out the garage staircase is just waiting to be counted. They send Megan to walk up them as they count each of the seven steps, which turn out to be the same amount coming down. They celebrate with a reprise of their Countketeer song.
	Muppets	Monsterpiece Theater: 39 Stairs — Grover climbs 39 stairs to see what is at the top. (First: Episode 2342) The "library" opening is used for this airing.
	Film	A mom takes her son for a walk in the stroller, and he sees all he can see. (First: Episode 3656)
	SCENE 4	The Count tells the club he must briefly leave to feed his bats and leaves them one duty – to count things. He provides them with his thunder and lightning ("I have a spare.") and they look around for things to count. Telly spots the fruit stand at Hooper's Store and they begin counting the apples and oranges as Alan watches. Telly wonders if they can count the apples and oranges together, and find that there are 20 pieces of fruit.
	Film	Farmer McFay is very sleepy because she only slept for 5 hours. (First: Episode 3215)

	SCENE 6	The club now arrives at Oscar's trash can where they count the trash can and Oscar. He tells them he’ll count to 10, and when he reaches 10 they should scram. The Countketeers agree to do so and count with him before leaving, but assure Oscar they’ll be back later. (Oscar: "Don't count on it!")

	SCENE 7	The Countketeers have gathered at Big Bird's nest, pooped from counting. The Count arrives back and they tell him they don't feel like counting anymore. The Count doesn't mind, as he believes one should only count when they feel like it - and he always feels like counting. They decide to be Birdketeers again and change their outfits. The Count changes into a Birdketeer outfit as well, as he loves counting the feathers on it!

	SCENE 8	Telly, Big Bird, and the rest of the Birdketeers sleep as the Count continues to count his feathers (and later, their snores) as Alan announces the sponsors.
