	SCENE 2	Big Bird informs Mr. Snuffleupagus that there's someone new in the neighborhood - Akim, David's niece. She's bringing some food from Hooper's Store over and Big Bird is eager for her to meet Snuffy. However, once Akim reaches his door, she goes into a sneezing fit. She doesn't even notice Snuffy as she thrusts the food toward Big Bird and leaves.

	SCENE 3	Akim, now feeling fine, tells David about what just happened. He suspects that she might be allergic to Big Bird's feathers and recommends she steer clear of him until they consult a doctor. As she goes to bring groceries to Gordon, she runs into Big Bird and tries to stay a safe distance from him. Big Bird is a little disappointed, thinking it might mean they can't be friends, but he jumps at the chance when she suggests he send Snuffy over to the store so they can meet.

Snuffy darts back to Big Bird to tell him that his fur makes Akim sneeze, not Big Bird's feathers. Big Bird is disappointed that Snuffy will now have to keep his distance from her, but Snuffy replies he hasn't had a problem being distant from any of Big Bird's friends so far.
