Okay guys,
here is the promised post where you can say what you liked and didn't like about this years exchange. I'm gonna do a little poll but please say anything else in the comments (or via E-Mail if you prefer). And don't hesitate to critize please I always aim to improve!
And I want to take this opportunity to thank my co-Mod
angelus2hot who did the assignments and took care of the community when I couldn't. I would have never been able to do this without you. Thank you so much! (you should all thank her too =) )
As far as my own perception goes next years sign-ups need to be earlier and the time-line organised and followed through with better. Also I wasn't stringent with the fandom activities and maybe there should be one post for everyone to come together rather than a bunch of them. Additionally I wasn't always the best at staying in touch with people and answering messages in a timely manner.
Ps: I'm in contact with the three people that haven't posted yet. I might be looking for a pinch-hitter by the end of the week but let's hope it works out.
