From my comment, one of the three could be:
Does your code have any known bugs?
The other two should be something like "The code is your own" and "The code is real, concrete, non-hypothetical code", but I can't think of good ways to phrase those. Maybe once I've had my tea, or slept for more than four hours in a night.
