Moderators on Code Review automatically become moderators on the stackStack Exchange Chat systems, which is used by all sites, not justchat system. The chat system includes Code Review (well, actually,and all Stack Exchange sites except StackOverflow's separate chat system...)Stack Overflow.
A user on chat has posted a message that has been flagged as rude or abusive on a board related to the hypothetical, but obviously "controversial" or "polarizing" site flatearth.stackexchange.com.
