That man from Hyde and other lurkers in episode 2.05
I love how often I can see this show and still discover something new. During last Sunday's watchalong of S02E05 (the Camberwick Green/sick Sam/kidnapping episode) Sky remarked that Frank Morgan was briefly visible at the end of a flashback. I had never noticed that before! After the watchalong I had another look, and indeed, here he is:

So, because I have nothing better to do, I watched the whole episode again. Every time the image went white (occurring going in and out of a flashback, and/or when Sam's colleagues touch him), I went through it frame by frame, and there were quite a few of these "subliminal" images (I found over 20 different ones).
Most were taken from scenes elsewhere in the episode, but there were several that I couldn't place, including two shots of Sam looking very derpy, and an intriguing one of a vaguely visible man that was used no fewer than 4 times.
I made some quick-and-dirty screencaps (I haven't prettified them, sorry):
??? at 6:31, 6:35, 11:57, and 14:38 (according to my .avi file)
Ray and Chris at 6:31 and 6:35 (obviously from this episode, but I couldn't pinpoint where)

This may all be old hat to most of you, but I was quite surprised. I had no idea of all the riches hidden in those flashes. I love watchalongs! :)
