Regular Service Center hours throughout the year are:
Monday–Thursday: 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m.–6 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 2–7 p.m.
ITS offers extended hours at the start and end of terms.
When the ITS Service Center is closed, limited after-hours support is available by calling 734-764-HELP (764-4357) for urgent issues with systems outages or MiWorkspace Executive Support.
