I've been in fandom since 2001, but I've spent the past fifteen (!) years being a huge reader/lurker. But in 2010, I attended my first HP convention, and meeting a lot of my favorite authors inspired me to start writing and posting more comments and fic.
I hang out in the Harry Potter fandom, mostly, but I follow my favorite writers everywhere. Favorite pairings include Harry/Draco, Snarry, Snupin, Harry/Ron, Ron/Draco, Trio fic, Draco/Hermione, Snape/Hermione, Remus/Sirius, Rose/Scorpius, and twincest. I read more slash than het, and less next gen, but I'll read pretty much anything once. Squicks include mpreg, non-con, cum (with a "u") and bloodplay. Kinks include D/s, breathplay, bondage, pegging, genderswapping, dirty talk, praise kink, and creative use of magic in fic.
