1) Prepare your base
2) Duplicate your base 3 times and set 2 duplications to screen and one to soft light and desaturate. This really depends on the icon.
3) New color fill layers:
020E23 at exclusion 100%
020E23 at difference 60%
E9D9C1 at multiply 100%
4) Take this texture made by
toybirds and set to multiply 100%
5) Take this texture, set it to screen, and place it underneath the last texture.
