pandaspandas is an open source, BSD-licensed library providing high-performance, easy-to-use data structures and data analysis tools for the Python programming language.
There are additional questions and answers on StackOverlow pandas's tag for Q&A about pandas outside of GIS. There could be some related to GIS but they should most likely be moved over to GIS.
