Faerie Tales

I was curious. Has anyone seen or heard of Freshly Caught Fairies? (Sorry, not sure of the spelling.) I was thinking of adding them to my store, but I'm undecided. A few people have even asked when I'm going to start stocking them because they're collectors, but I just don't know. They're cute and all, but I don't really "get them" if you know what I mean. Is there anybody out there who feels strongly about them one way or the other so I can get off the fence already. If you love them, hate them, whatever, just get really opinionated and tell me. I asked a few of my friends, but all of my real-life non-LJ friends don't understand my whole faerie obsession at all, so it wasn't very helpful.

Hi yall! The above is shameless self-promotion for my new on-line store. Check it out! Obviously, I love fairies and fairy tales. One thing I hate about the old fairy tales though is the victimization of women and children. Anyone who is interested in fairy tales should read "Little Red Riding Hood Uncloaked" by Catherine Orenstein. I prefer modern fairy tales, myself, although set in ancient or medieval times.

I love Fairy Tales!!!!!! woo hoo.. sorry I felt the need to do that.

I swear when I was younger - like a wee baby I could float.

I also once years ago read someone and literally in the middle of my table for no reason it started to smoke and my cards started to burn. I used my cards then so much, I think it was their way of saying they needed to say goodbye and live a life in spirit form and not card.
