Title your comment as CLAIM so we don't want to accidentially miss it.

Make sure you have:

3. Checked the claims tables: Fandom Specific • Fandom Crossovers • Original Character • Original Universe
4. Choosen a table

-FILL IN THE WHOLE FORM - if anything is missing we will not accept your claim.
