5 Consecutive Life Sentences Plus 99 years
Frank D’Amico had never been a patient man. He’d always wanted, needed, demanded immediate gratification. His share and everyone else’s, now, now, now.
He resolved that in prison he would learn to wait. Why not, he’d been sentenced to 5 consecutive life sentences plus 99 years. He had all the time in the world. He would wait, and think of her. He would work on himself. He’d be a model prisoner, he’d tutor other inmates, study Buddhism, maybe become a vegan. Anything that might convince her that he’d changed, that he wasn’t the man who’d killed her father directly and her mother indirectly.
He’d wait, and one day when she was eighteen, twenty-one, thirty-seven, she’d come to him.
And when she did, he’d have his revenge. Or maybe he’d have his reward.
He wasn’t sure yet if he wanted to kill her or propose to her.
He’d figure it out eventually.
He had all the time in the world.
