I've been in Japan for four months and have actually drawn a lot in that time period. Here are some of my favorite sketches. I'll be coloring some of these for sure, just not yet.

I haven't been around to draw in ages, I know. I'll blame school, and now that it's summer and I have the motivation to draw, I FINALLY HAVE SOMETHING TO SHOW. This is my interpretation of a god from Lusternia.

I've been inspired to draw a lot lately, and since buying a small sketchbook, I've been able to "take notes" on the characters regarding my original story. I hope you guys enjoy the five or so pages of sketches under the cut! :)

So, I was bored and feeling down about my art and how I'm never satisfied with it when a friend suggested I do a progress chart. It's been five years since I officially decided to become a good artist, so here is my progress over those years. Granted, I had been drawing for a while before 2004, but I don't have those images with me.

Overall, I am really proud of myself, and this was only in the last five years! I'll do another one in another five years, to see if there's a greater difference.
